Manager Programme

A leadership and management development programme for managers and team leaders.

Skills development topics include: business planning, coaching, communication, conflict management, decision making, delegation, influencing, leadership, marketing and selling, negotiation, performance management, recruitment, teamwork.

The group problem solving workshops look at individual business opportunities and issues. These help participants (for example) increase their skills in the following areas: listening, questioning, summarising, problem solving, facilitating and coaching.
