A leadership development programme for ambitious individuals who aspire to a senior leadership role and businesses looking to strengthen their succession plans by preparing high-potential employees for senior positions.
Skills development topics include: business planning, coaching, communication, conflict management, decision making, delegation, influencing, leadership, marketing and selling, negotiation, performance management, recruitment, teamwork.
The group problem solving workshops look at individual business opportunities and issues. These help participants (for example) increase their skills in the following areas: listening, questioning, summarising, problem solving, facilitating and coaching.
The Core Programme
The rolling 12-month programme consists of:
- 10 Group workshop meetings.
- 10 Masterclasses delivered by subject experts (half-day sessions within the above group meetings).
