My Sherpa Covid-Secure Meetings
IMPORTANT – If you have not yet received your Covid vaccinations and booster, My Sherpa recommends that, for your own health and the health of other My Sherpa Programme Members, you do so at the earliest opportunity.
It is impossible to eliminate all Coronavirus risks; therefore, My Sherpa recommends that participants consider the following Covid measures to ensure that we have as safe a meeting environment as reasonably possible.
- Comply with any UK government Covid requirements. For government guidance see: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/covid-19-coronavirus-restrictions-what-you-can-and-cannot-do.
- Take a Lateral Flow Covid test in the 24 hours before attending a meeting. Free packs can be ordered from: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests
- Wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces, especially where you come into contact with people you do not usually meet
- Be aware and respect any participants who wish to maintain social distancing.
Do not attend the My Sherpa meeting if any of the following apply
a) You have any coronavirus symptoms. For details of symptoms see: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
b) You are required and/or have been asked or advised to self-isolate.
