The Manager Programme
A leadership and management development programme for managers and team leaders.
Skills development topics include: business planning, coaching, communication, conflict management, decision making, delegation, influencing, leadership, marketing and selling, negotiation, performance management, recruitment, teamwork
The group problem solving workshops look at individual business opportunities and issues. These help participants (for example) increase their skills in the following areas: listening, questioning, summarising, problem solving, facilitating and coaching.
The Core Programme
The rolling 12-month programme consists of:
- 6 Group workshop meetings
- 6 Skills development masterclasses (half-day sessions within the above group meetings)
- Group problem solving workshops
- 6 Group online ‘surgery’ sessions
